We're committed to helping you improve your program's profitability and efficiency. When you utilize our on-site and confidential Consulting Services, a consultant travels to your Financial Institution and works one-on-one with each investment representative to analyze and uncover areas needing improvement. He or she presents customized recommendations and tools designed to optimize efficiency and productivity, and will coach all personnel through the implementation phase of the suggested enhancements. Program consultation services typically include follow-up coaching, online dialogue and teleconferencing, and historically can result in as much as a 35% increase in GDC/Fees in the year following coaching (compared to an 11% growth for non-participants).

Ongoing Educational Opportunities

Securities America's National Conference is a highlight on the calendar every year, as we bring together representatives from around the nation, key home office staff and top industry leaders, speakers and presenters.
